Refund Policy | Offshore Hosting
DRAFT — OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH. This Refund Policy is a draft. It must be reviewed and approved by the owner before the website launches, and it does not take effect until then.
Effective date: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
Last updated: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
Legal entity: [LEGAL ENTITY — TO BE CONFIRMED]

This Refund Policy explains when a refund applies to Offshore Hosting services, what is not refundable, and how to request one. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. General Principle
We want you to buy the right service. Read the solution and plan pages before ordering, and ask support if you are unsure — a question before purchase is always better than a refund request after it. Refunds are handled under this policy, not on a case-by-case promise.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
Whether a money-back guarantee applies, for which services, and for how long after ordering: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. Do not assume a money-back period applies to your order until it is confirmed in this policy or in writing by support.
If a money-back guarantee is in force, it applies only to the hosting service itself, and only within the stated period from the original order date. It does not apply to renewals unless the policy states otherwise.
3. What Is Not Refundable
Unless the law requires otherwise, the following are not refundable:
- Domain registrations and renewals. Once a domain is registered or renewed, the registration fee cannot be recovered from the registry, so it cannot be refunded.
- Software licences. Once a licence key has been issued or delivered, it cannot be refunded.
- Services used beyond the guarantee period, if a guarantee applies.
- Renewal payments, unless the policy states otherwise.
- Services suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Setup or migration work already performed.
- Fees charged by your payment provider.
4. Refunds for Service Failures
If a service does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund. Each request is assessed on its facts. A refund is not automatic: we first have the opportunity to fix the problem, replace the service, or offer a credit. Service credits, if offered, are [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
5. How to Request a Refund
- Open a support ticket from the account that placed the order, stating the service, the order or invoice reference, the reason for the request, and what resolution you are seeking.
- We will review the request against this policy and respond. Response time: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
- If the refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. Refunds to a different method are not offered.
- Processing time after approval: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, and is outside our control.
6. Partial Refunds
Where a refund is approved for a service used for part of its billing period, the refund may be partial, reflecting the unused portion. Partial refund calculation: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider, tell us first so we can try to resolve it. A chargeback does not cancel this policy. While a chargeback is open, the related services may be suspended, and the account may be closed if the chargeback is upheld.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. If the law in your jurisdiction gives you rights beyond this policy, those rights apply. Applicable law and jurisdiction: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
10. Contact
Refund requests and questions about this policy should be sent through a support ticket, as described in section 5, or to [CONTACT — TO BE CONFIRMED].
