Forex Hosting — VPS Hosting for Trading Terminals | Offshore Hosting

A trading terminal is useful only while it is running. Forex Hosting provides a virtual private server that stays online so your terminal and expert advisors keep working when your own computer is off, your connection drops, or your power fails. What it does not do — and what no honest hosting provider will claim — is guarantee profits, uninterrupted trades, or any measured latency.

Who It Suits

Forex Hosting suits traders who run MetaTrader or a similar terminal with expert advisors, indicators, or automated strategies that must keep running outside trading hours and overnight. It suits traders who need a stable, always-on machine for their terminal rather than relying on a home computer.

Who It Does NOT Suit

It does not suit anyone looking for a guarantee of trading profits, a promise that trades will never be interrupted, or a guaranteed latency figure to a broker. It also does not suit traders whose strategy depends on a specific data-centre location we do not offer, or who need a physical dedicated server rather than a virtual one. If your strategy cannot tolerate any downtime at all, no single VPS — ours or anyone else’s — is the right answer, and we will say so.

What We Never Promise

This section is deliberate, because this industry is full of promises that hosting cannot keep.

  • We never promise profits. Hosting keeps a terminal running. It does not make a strategy profitable.
  • We never promise uninterrupted trades. No server is immune to maintenance, network events, or broker-side outages. We work to keep uptime high; we do not claim it is absolute.
  • We never promise a measured latency figure. Latency to your broker depends on the network path between our server and the broker’s server, which changes over time. We can discuss server location, but we will not publish a latency number we cannot stand behind.
  • We never promise your broker will accept your connection from our server. Some brokers restrict connections by region or network. Check with your broker before ordering.

Operating System

  • Forex VPS plans run Windows, because most trading terminals are Windows applications. Windows versions available: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • Linux plans may be available for terminals or tools that support Linux. Availability: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].

Valid Windows Licensing

  • Where a Windows licence applies, it must be a valid licence. Licensing arrangement for Windows VPS plans: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • Do not install unlicensed or cracked software on the VPS, including unlicensed copies of Windows, trading terminals, or indicators. Unlicensed software is a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and may lead to suspension.
  • Your trading terminal licence, if the terminal requires one, is your responsibility.

Remote Access

  • You connect to your Forex VPS using Remote Desktop (RDP) from your own computer or device.
  • RDP access details are provided after the VPS is provisioned. Keep those credentials private and do not share them.
  • Use a strong password for RDP and change the initial credentials on first login. If you suspect your credentials have been exposed, change them immediately and contact support.
  • Remote access availability and any restrictions are [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].

Broker Location

  • Latency between your VPS and your broker’s server depends on where both are located and on the network between them.
  • Before ordering, ask your broker where their trading servers are located. Then ask us where our servers are located: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • If your broker’s servers are far from ours, latency will be higher. We will not claim otherwise to win an order.
  • Some traders choose a VPS near their broker; others accept a longer path because their strategy is not latency-sensitive. Either choice is reasonable — what matters is that you choose it knowing the facts.

Sizing

  • One terminal, one or two expert advisors: a small VPS is usually sufficient. Several terminals, or terminals with many charts and indicators: a larger VPS with more memory and CPU. Backtesting and optimisation: these are heavy, bursty workloads — run them when the terminal is not also executing live trades on the same VPS, or use a separate VPS for testing.
  • Resource limits by plan: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. If you are unsure, tell support how many terminals and charts you run and we will recommend a size.

Monitoring

  • We monitor the VPS host and network for availability. Monitoring scope and any customer-visible status: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. Monitoring tells you whether the VPS is reachable — not whether your terminal is logged in, your expert advisor is running, or your broker accepted a trade. Those are things only you can see inside the terminal, so check it regularly.

Backups

  • Backups of a Forex VPS follow the schedule included with your plan. Backup frequency and retention: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. Keep your own copies of expert advisors, indicators, set files, and terminal configuration outside the VPS — if the VPS must be rebuilt, those files are what let you get trading again quickly. A backup restores the VPS to the state it was in when the backup was taken; open positions and terminal state are managed by the broker and the terminal, not by the backup.

Requirements

  • A trading account with your broker, a terminal installer or download, and a device capable of Remote Desktop.
  • A valid Windows licence where applicable, and valid licences for any commercial indicators or expert advisors you install.

Responsibilities

  • We handle: the VPS, the host hardware and network, the operating system installation, and the backup schedule included with your plan.
  • You handle: your broker account, your trading terminal and its configuration, your expert advisors and indicators, your trading decisions, your RDP credentials, and your own copies of configuration files.

Limits

  • Resource limits depend on your plan and are [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • We do not provide trading advice, strategy development, or broker recommendations.
  • Support covers the VPS, not the trading terminal’s behaviour, your broker’s platform, or your trades.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will a Forex VPS make my trades faster?
It may reduce latency compared with running a terminal on a home computer, because the VPS is in a data centre with a stable connection. But the improvement depends on the distance to your broker, and we do not publish a latency figure.

Can I run more than one terminal on one VPS?
Yes, if the plan has enough resources. Each additional terminal with charts and indicators adds memory and CPU load, so size the plan accordingly.

What happens if the VPS restarts?
The VPS restarts, and your terminal must be started again unless you have configured it to start automatically. We recommend setting the terminal to launch on startup, and checking it after any restart.

What if my broker blocks the VPS IP address?
Contact your broker. Some brokers restrict certain networks or regions, and only the broker can change that decision.

Get Started

Tell support which terminal you run, how many terminals and charts, and where your broker’s servers are located. We will recommend a VPS size and give you an honest answer about location — before you pay.
