CRM Hosting — Fast, Reliable Hosting for Your CRM | Offshore Hosting

Your CRM is where your business lives: contacts, deals, conversations, and follow-ups. When it is slow, your team slows down. When an email does not arrive, a deal stalls. CRM Hosting is built around those two realities — database responsiveness and dependable email delivery — rather than around generic hosting specifications.

Who It Suits

CRM Hosting suits small and mid-sized teams that use a CRM every working day: sales teams tracking pipelines, service businesses managing client records, and agencies coordinating accounts across several staff members. It suits businesses that need their CRM available during working hours and responsive when several people use it at once.

Who It Does NOT Suit

CRM Hosting is not the right choice if you need a CRM with heavy custom development, a system that integrates with large volumes of real-time data from other platforms, or an enterprise deployment with dedicated compliance requirements. It is also not suitable as a general-purpose host for unrelated heavy applications sharing the same account — a CRM performs best when its database is not competing with other workloads.

Supported CRM Applications

We host widely used self-hosted and open-source CRM systems. Support for a specific CRM depends on its published system requirements, and we confirm compatibility before you order.

Supported applications include, where their requirements are met:

  • SuiteCRM
  • EspoCRM
  • Perfex CRM
  • [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER — full supported application list]

If your CRM is not listed, send support its name and version and the requirements published by its vendor. We will confirm whether it can run on our hosting before you commit.

Database Needs

A CRM is a database application first and a website second. Every search, filter, report, and record update touches the database, so database performance decides how the CRM feels in daily use.

  • Your CRM database runs on the database server provided with your plan. Database software and version: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • Keep your database size and record counts within the limits of your plan. A CRM with tens of thousands of contacts and years of activity history needs a larger plan than a new installation with a few hundred records.
  • Regular database optimisation is part of CRM ownership. We do not delete your data, but we may recommend optimisation or a plan upgrade if database load is affecting performance.

Email Delivery

A CRM that cannot send email reliably is a broken CRM. Password resets, notifications, follow-up reminders, and campaign mail all depend on delivery.

  • Outgoing mail from your CRM is sent through the mail service included with your plan. Sending limits and configuration: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • For bulk or marketing email, use a dedicated email service provider rather than the hosting mail service. Hosting mail is designed for transactional and notification email, not for large campaigns.
  • Setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for your domain is your responsibility unless a managed option is purchased. We can point you to the correct records; correct DNS configuration at your registrar remains yours.
  • We do not guarantee inbox placement. No hosting provider can guarantee that a receiving provider will accept or inbox a message.

User Sizing

Size your plan by concurrent users, not by total accounts. Ten staff members who each log in once a day place a very different load on the system than ten staff members working in the CRM simultaneously.

  • Up to 5 concurrent users: a small plan is usually sufficient for a light CRM with modest record counts.
  • 5–20 concurrent users: a mid-sized plan with more memory and database headroom.
  • More than 20 concurrent users: contact support before ordering so the plan can be sized against your actual record counts and reporting habits. If your team grows, plans can be upgraded — tell support early rather than waiting for slowdowns.

Backups

  • Backups of your CRM files and database are taken on the schedule included with your plan. Backup frequency and retention: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • Backups protect against hosting-side failure and accidental loss. They are not a substitute for your own export of critical business data — export your contacts and deals regularly and keep a copy outside the hosting account.
  • Restoring a backup returns the CRM to the state it was in when the backup was taken. Any records created after that point are lost in a restore, so restoration should be requested only after you understand that consequence.

Responsibilities

  • We handle: the hosting environment, server availability, and the backup schedule included with your plan.
  • You handle: your CRM licence and installation, your data, your users and permissions, your email DNS records, and keeping your CRM software updated.
  • CRM licence responsibility: your CRM licence is your responsibility unless a licence is explicitly included in your plan. Confirm licence inclusion with support before ordering.

Limits

  • Resource limits (CPU, memory, storage, database size) depend on your plan and are [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • Sending limits for outgoing mail apply; bulk marketing mail must go through a dedicated email provider.
  • Support covers the hosting environment, not CRM configuration, custom fields, workflows, or data entry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I migrate my existing CRM to Offshore Hosting?
Yes, in most cases. See our Migration page for eligibility and the process. A CRM migration needs a database export and a file copy, and we will tell you in advance if your current CRM version complicates the move.

Will my CRM be fast with many contacts?
Speed depends on record counts, concurrent users, and how the CRM is configured. A correctly sized plan with an optimised database performs well; an undersized plan with a very large database will feel slow. Ask support to review your numbers before ordering.

What happens if email stops working?
Check your DNS records and sending limits first, then contact support. We can confirm whether the mail service is functioning; delivery problems caused by receiving providers or incorrect DNS are outside hosting support.

Can I use my own domain with the CRM?
Yes. Point your domain to the hosting account as instructed after ordering, and configure the CRM to use that domain.

Get Started

Tell support which CRM you run, how many people use it at the same time, and roughly how many records it holds. We will recommend a plan size — or tell you honestly if your CRM needs something we do not provide.
