Registrar: [REGISTRAR — TO BE CONFIRMED]

These Domain Registration Terms govern domain names registered, renewed, or transferred through Offshore Hosting. They form part of our Terms of Service. Domain registrations are also subject to the policies of the relevant registry and of ICANN, where applicable.

1. Registration

  • When you order a domain, we submit the registration to the registrar on your behalf. Registration is complete only when the registry confirms it.
  • You must provide accurate registrant information: your legal name, a working email address, and current contact details. False or outdated registrant information can lead to suspension or loss of the domain.
  • Availability of a domain name is not guaranteed until the registry confirms the registration. A name that appears available during ordering may already be taken.
  • The registration period and price are stated at the time of ordering. Registration period and pricing: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register a domain.
  • Some domain extensions have eligibility rules — for example, country-code domains may require a local presence or specific documentation. If the extension you want has such rules, we will tell you before completing the registration.
  • You must not register a domain that infringes another person’s trademark or other rights, or that is intended to deceive, defame, or impersonate. Disputes over domain rights are resolved under the applicable dispute policy, not by us.

3. Renewal

  • Domains must be renewed before their expiry date to remain active. Renewal is your responsibility.
  • Auto-renewal, if offered, is [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. If auto-renewal is enabled, your payment method will be charged before expiry. Keep your payment details current, or the renewal may fail.
  • Renewal reminders are sent to the email address on the account. Reminder schedule: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. You are responsible for keeping that email address current and for reading renewal notices.
  • If a domain is not renewed by its expiry date, it stops working. A grace or redemption period may follow, during which renewal is still possible, usually at a higher fee. Grace and redemption periods and fees: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. After the redemption period ends, the domain may be released and registered by someone else, and we cannot recover it once that happens.

4. Transfers

  • Transfer in: to transfer a domain to us, you need the authorisation code (EPP code) from your current registrar, and the domain must be unlocked. Transfer requirements and fees: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • Transfer out: you may transfer your domain to another registrar, subject to the rules of the registry and ICANN. We will not unreasonably refuse a transfer out, but a transfer may be blocked where the domain is within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer, where the domain is locked, or where there is an outstanding dispute or unpaid balance on the account.
  • A transfer does not move your website or email by itself. Moving the site is a separate step — see our Migration page.

5. Privacy and WHOIS

  • Domain registration details are published in the public WHOIS database by the registry, as required by ICANN and registry policy. That means your name, email, and address may be publicly visible.
  • WHOIS privacy or proxy protection, if offered, replaces your details in the public record with the privacy service’s details. Availability and cost: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]. Even with privacy protection, your real details must be held by the registrar and provided to the registry where required, and may be disclosed where the law requires it.
  • You must keep your contact details accurate even when privacy protection is enabled. If we cannot reach you at the email on record, you may lose the ability to manage or recover the domain.

6. Recovery

  • If your domain expires, renewal during the grace period is the normal recovery route. Fees and time limits are in section 3.
  • If you lose access to the email address on the domain, contact support. We will ask for proof of identity and ownership before changing the contact details, to protect the registrant. If your domain was transferred away without your authorisation, contact support immediately — recovery depends on the registry’s rules and on how quickly the unauthorised transfer is reported.
  • We cannot guarantee recovery of a domain that has expired past its redemption period, or that has been registered by someone else after release.

7. Disputes

Disputes over domain names — including trademark-based complaints — are handled under the dispute policy of the relevant registry or ICANN’s Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), where applicable. We do not decide who is entitled to a domain. If we receive a court order or a UDRP decision affecting your domain, we will comply with it.

8. Suspension and Cancellation

We may suspend or cancel a domain registration where required by the registry or registrar, where ordered by a court, where the registrant information is false, or where the domain is used in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.

9. Refunds

Domain registrations and renewals are not refundable once completed, because the registration fee cannot be recovered from the registry. See our Refund Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Domain Registration Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.

Questions about these terms, or about a domain registered through us, should be sent to [CONTACT — TO BE CONFIRMED].
