Domain Registration — Search, Register and Manage Domains

Domain Names

What a domain is

A domain name is the address people type to reach your website — for example, yourbusiness.com. Registering a domain gives you the right to use that name for a fixed term, usually one year or more, as long as you keep renewing it. Hosting is separate: the domain is the address, hosting is the server the site lives on. You can register a domain with us and host it with us, or register it with us and host it elsewhere.

Domain search (STAGING — not connected)

The domain search on this site is a staging preview. It is not connected to a registrar, so it cannot check real availability, show real prices, or register a domain yet.

  • Availability results shown here are placeholders only.
  • Registration, renewal and transfer prices are [PRICE — TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].
  • Supported TLDs are [TO BE CONFIRMED].
  • When the search goes live, this note will be replaced with live results.

Choosing a domain

  • Keep it short and memorable. Short names are easier to type, say and remember.
  • Match your brand. Your domain should match your business or project name where possible.
  • Pick the right extension. .com is the most recognised; country extensions such as .pk suit a local audience; newer extensions can work for a specific niche. Availability and pricing vary by extension.
  • Avoid hyphens and numbers where you can. They are harder to communicate verbally and easier to mistype.
  • Check trademarks. Do not register a name that infringes someone else’s trademark. We cannot advise on trademark law.

Registration, renewal and expiry

Item Detail
Registration price [PRICE — TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
Renewal price [PRICE — TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
Minimum term [TO BE CONFIRMED]
Maximum term [TO BE CONFIRMED]
Grace period after expiry [TO BE CONFIRMED]
Redemption period [TO BE CONFIRMED]
Registrar [TO BE CONFIRMED]
WHOIS privacy [TO BE CONFIRMED]

Renewal reminders are [TO BE CONFIRMED]. If a domain expires, the website and email using it stop working. Renew before expiry — recovery after expiry may cost more and is not always possible.

DNS and nameservers

When you register a domain with us, you can manage its DNS records from the control panel [TO BE CONFIRMED]: A records, CNAME, MX for email, TXT for verification, and nameserver changes. If you host elsewhere, point the domain at your host’s nameservers or A records. DNS changes can take time to propagate — usually minutes to hours, sometimes up to 48 hours.

Domain management

A registered domain includes management of its registration, nameservers and DNS records through the panel. Domain locking, authorisation codes and contact details are managed there too. Transferring a domain away follows the registrar’s process and any applicable lock period — see Domain Transfer.

Who domains are for

  • New businesses choosing their first web address.
  • Existing sites consolidating domain and hosting with one provider.
  • Projects that need several domains for brands, campaigns or local versions.
  • Anyone who wants their domain, DNS and hosting managed in one place.

Included vs excluded

Included: domain registration for the paid term, DNS management, nameserver changes, domain lock control, authorisation code generation — subject to confirmation of the registrar’s feature set [TO BE CONFIRMED].

Excluded: website hosting (a separate plan), email hosting (unless included in a hosting plan), SSL certificates (unless included in a hosting plan), trademark checks, and premium or aftermarket domain purchases unless explicitly offered.

Setup process

  1. Search for the domain name (once live search is connected).
  2. Confirm availability and price.
  3. Pay for the registration term.
  4. Complete registrant details accurately — wrong details can cause loss of the domain.
  5. Set nameservers or DNS records to point at your hosting.
  6. Wait for propagation, then verify the site and email work.

Migration and transfer

To move a domain to us from another registrar, see Domain Transfer. To move a domain away from us, unlock it, request the authorisation code, and start the transfer at the new registrar.
