Service Status

⚠ LIVE STATUS NOT CONNECTED — STAGING

This status page is not connected to any live monitoring system. The information on this page is a placeholder for the launch of live status monitoring. Do not rely on this page to determine whether a service is currently up or down.

If you believe a service is down, do not wait for this page to update. Open a support ticket immediately as described on our Support page, with the words “service down” in the subject and the affected domain or service name.

Monitored Services

When live monitoring is connected, the following services will be listed here with their current status. Until then, each entry is unconfirmed:

  • Shared hosting network — status: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
  • VPS hosting network — status: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
  • Website and control panel — status: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
  • Email services — status: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
  • DNS services — status: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
  • Billing and account area — status: [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]
  • Additional services — [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER]

Status Meanings

When live monitoring is active, statuses will use these meanings:

  • Operational — the service is working normally.
  • Degraded performance — the service is working but slower or less reliable than normal.
  • Partial outage — some customers or functions are affected.
  • Major outage — the service is unavailable for most or all customers.
  • Maintenance — planned work is in progress; the service may be briefly unavailable.

Incident History

No incident history is available yet, because live monitoring is not connected. Once monitoring is live, past incidents will be recorded here with the date, the affected service, and a short description of what happened and what was done. The history will stay visible so customers can see how past problems were handled, not just whether the service is up right now. Until monitoring is connected, the only record of an incident is the support ticket raised about it.

Planned Maintenance

Planned maintenance will be announced here in advance when the status system is live. Maintenance windows, affected services, and expected duration will be listed before work begins, so you can plan around them. Maintenance is normally scheduled for low-traffic hours, and work that requires downtime is kept as short as possible. Until then, planned maintenance notices are [TO BE CONFIRMED BY OWNER].

What to Do If a Service Is Down

  1. Check this page — once live, it will show whether the problem is already known.
  2. Check whether the problem affects only you: try a different network or device, and check whether your domain’s DNS has changed recently.
  3. Open a support ticket with the service name, your domain, when the problem started, and any error message you see.
  4. Do not make major changes to your site or DNS while an outage is being investigated, unless support asks you to.
